Serious Operators with Serious Careers 

To be honest, we are not for everyone.  At Cole on Security, LLC our programs are tailored specifically for security officers who are highly motivated. We ensure the content is relevant and engaging for individuals who are committed to advancing their careers in the security industry.

By attracting only the most motivated individuals to our programs, we partner with learners to create a community of like-minded professionals who can support and challenge each other throughout the learning process.

Each micro-course is designed for elite security officers who have already demonstrated a high level of skill and dedication in their field, allowing for more advanced and specialized training opportunities.

We keep tuition low by renting a limited number of seats available for our "virtual classroom." As a result, most courses usually have a waiting list.

This means we insist learners complete each micro-course as quickly as possible. Specifically, you have 30-calendar days to complete a 30-to-60-minute course. This takes a certain amount of planning, motivation and time management. Failure to achieve this goal results in the seat being assigned to another learner. It may also result in your inability to register for future programs.

Quite simply, we serve serious security operators building serious careers.
